Shiyuan Zhang is a PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of Memphis. Her master's research focused on clustering methods for high-dimensional biomedical data, with applications to single-cell RNA-seq analysis. Her current PhD research focuses on deep neural networks, statistical learning, and computational methods for biomedical data analysis.
Her research interests include clustering, deep learning, high-dimensional data analysis, feature selection, single-cell RNA-seq data analysis, and reproducible computational research.
